Order Issues

I did not receive an order confirmation email?

Confirmation emails are typically received shortly after an order is placed. If you have not received your confirmation email within 24 hours after your order is placed, please email our Customer Team at info@homebodybyuchis.com so that we may assist you further!

How can I modify or cancel my order?

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified or canceled.

When can I expect my order to arrive?

Please allow 3-5 business days for processing of your online order. Our warehouse ships from Monday-Friday excluding holidays.

My order shipped but I need to change the address?

We are unable to change your shipping address once your order has shipped. Please contact UPS or DHL and update your address on the their website as soon as possible.

Do you accept orders shipping to PO Boxes?

Unfortunately, we do not ship to private mailboxes (PMB), PO Boxes, and APO/FPO addresses.

When will my order ship?

Any orders placed after 9AM PST will be processed starting the following business day. Once your order is shipped, tracking information will be emailed to the email address the customer provided during checkout.

One or more items are missing from my order.

Please include “missing item and order number” in the subject line and in the body of the email include the following details: your name, order number, and the product(s) missing from your order.
